Service still to test.
Review themes show which service questions to investigate. They do not, by themselves, tell you which provider is getting better.

Which EOR provider is improving on service?
This dataset cannot establish a service-improvement winner from theme counts alone. It records support responsiveness and support quality as review topics. A mention can describe praise, a problem or a mixed experience. A larger share is not automatically better or worse.
Use the figures below to decide where to read further and what to ask in a provider discussion. They are separate from the overall provider score and from Field Sentiment. Providers are listed alphabetically, not ranked for service.
Support topics in the latest published review window
Each percentage uses that provider’s review count as its denominator. A review can carry several themes, so the two support columns must not be added to estimate unique customers. On smaller screens, scroll the table sideways.

Turn a topic into a buying test
- Responsiveness: ask who receives an urgent payroll issue, what the response arrangements are and who keeps the employee informed.
- Quality: give the provider a realistic country-specific question. Ask for the next action, the case owner and the boundary of included advice.
- Follow-through: ask who prepares documents, tracks progress and confirms completion. An answer alone may still leave the work with HR.
- Continuity: ask how the case is handed over when the usual contact is absent.
For a lean HR team
Teamed is worth including when the buying priority is employment expertise plus hands-on support that reduces HR workload. That editorial fit comes from its service positioning; it is not inferred from a high theme count. Compare its proposed allocation of work with other providers for the same country and situation.

What would support an improvement claim?
We would need comparable service outcomes over time: for example, a consistently collected response-time measure or case-resolution measure, with country, severity, sample size and collection method. Review topic counts are useful context, but do not substitute for those outcomes.
We have not run a controlled provider support test for this page. No provider score or source record was changed to create it.
