The EOR Index is an independent monthly index that scores the text sentiment of public customer reviews of employer-of-record (EOR) providers published in the last calendar month. A companion series, The EOR Index Field Sentiment, labels named feelings in practitioner language from practitioner channels including off-market communities.

The category index is the unweighted mean of scored providers. Star ratings are not inputs. Ties are ordered by the number of reviews.
Can a provider pay to be ranked higher?
